Will I lose information when migrating my Moodle?
The goal is to preserve courses, users, grades and files. We work from a full backup and validate everything in a test environment before launch.
Will my platform be offline during the migration?
Preparation happens in a test environment while your current platform keeps running; the switch to production happens on an agreed date to minimize disruption.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Mainly a backup of your Moodle data (files and database), which is usually requested from your previous hosting provider. We'll tell you exactly what to ask for.
Can you update the Moodle version during the migration?
